GASP & BETTER BODIES AMBASSADOR TEAM AGREEMENT
This agreement is between SF Group AB (SFG) and you as a member of the GASP & Better Bodies Ambassador Team. By joining, accepting benefits, using ambassador codes, or continuing to participate, you agree to the current Agreement and the Ambassador Team FAQ & Guidelines.
1. Program Purpose
The Ambassador Team is a community-driven Giveback Program for people who live the lifestyle, support GASP and Better Bodies, and help grow the community. The program is not only a discount program; it is built around access, opportunities, campaigns, launches, activations, content, and givebacks that may be offered from time to time.
2. Benefits, Levels & Program Changes
As an active ambassador, you may receive benefits such as a personal discount, launch or campaign access, community opportunities, brand activations, features, or other givebacks. The current standard ambassador personal discount is 20% off eligible regular retail pricing. Benefits, requirements, invitations, advancement criteria, discount levels, codes, product eligibility, purchase limits, campaigns, and opportunities are determined solely by SFG and may be updated, paused, replaced, or ended at SFG's discretion.
3. Codes, Purchases & Product Use
The ambassador personal discount is for the ambassador's own purchases only. Codes may not be shared, sold, posted publicly, or used by friends, family, followers, customers, or any other person unless SFG gives written approval. Products purchased with an ambassador discount are for personal use only and may not be sold, resold, traded, gifted, or transferred to others. SFG may monitor code usage and order activity to protect the program.
4. Conduct & Competing Brands
The ambassador agrees to represent GASP and Better Bodies in a positive, respectful, and authentic way. Ambassadors may not publicly damage, attack, or speak negatively about SFG, GASP, Better Bodies, employees, athletes, ambassadors, customers, products, or business partners. Ambassadors may not promote illegal products, banned substances, or controlled substances. Ambassadors may not publicly endorse, promote, or participate in paid collaborations with competing fitness apparel brands while actively participating in the Ambassador Team.
5. Content, Reviews & Paid Media
By tagging, mentioning, submitting, sending, uploading, or sharing content featuring GASP, Better Bodies, SFG, or the Ambassador Team, the ambassador grants SFG permission to use the content and the ambassador's name, image, voice, social media handles, and biographical information for marketing and promotional activities. SFG may reproduce, edit, crop, resize, subtitle, translate, adapt, distribute, and otherwise use such content, reviews, testimonials, ratings, quotes, and feedback across organic and paid marketing channels worldwide. Upon reasonable request, the ambassador agrees to approve Partnership ads, branded content ads, or similar creator advertising requests that allow SFG to promote the ambassador's content through paid media channels.
6. Campaigns & Confidentiality
Selected ambassadors may be invited to participate in launch campaigns, content creation projects, or organic posting during an activity. Participation may require content creation and delivery within agreed timeframes. Any non-public information shared with ambassadors, including launch information, campaign plans, product information, discount structures, upcoming discounts and sales, marketing initiatives, and other internal updates, is confidential and may not be shared, distributed, copied, recorded, or disclosed without prior written approval from SFG.
7. Termination
The ambassador may leave the program at any time by contacting SFG. SFG may reject an application, remove an ambassador, deactivate a code, pause benefits, limit access, or end participation in the Ambassador Team at any time. SFG may remove an ambassador immediately for misuse of codes, resale or gifting of discounted products, sharing confidential information, conflicting competing brand promotion, violating these terms, or acting in a way that may harm SFG, GASP, Better Bodies, or the community.
8. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box, submitting the ambassador application, using ambassador benefits, or continuing to participate, the ambassador confirms that they have read and agree to the current GASP & Better Bodies Ambassador Team Agreement and Ambassador Team FAQ & Guidelines. The ambassador understands that the Ambassador Team is a Giveback Program and that benefits, discounts, codes, product eligibility, purchase limits, campaigns, levels, and other opportunities may change over time. Continued participation after an update means acceptance of the current program terms and structure.

What is the Ambassador Team?
The Ambassador Team is a community-driven Giveback Program for people who support GASP and Better Bodies, live the lifestyle, and want to help grow the community.
It is not only a discount program. The discount is one part of the program, but the bigger focus is community, loyalty, access, campaigns, launches, activations, content, and future opportunities.
What is the ambassador discount?
The current standard ambassador personal discount is 20% off regular retail pricing on eligible GASP and Better Bodies clothing and accessories.
The discount is for the ambassador's own purchases only. Discount levels, eligible products, purchase limits, and code rules may be updated over time.
Can the ambassador discount change?
Yes. Program benefits, including the ambassador discount, may change over time. This gives SFG the ability to adjust the program when needed and keep it strong long term.
Important updates will be communicated through email, website updates, ambassador platforms, social media groups, or other ambassador communication channels.
Can I share my personal ambassador code?
No. The personal ambassador discount is for you only. It may not be shared with friends, family, followers, customers, or anyone else unless SFG gives written approval.
If a follower or customer wants to shop, they should use the follower discount codes or campaign codes provided by SFG.
Can I sell or gift products bought with my ambassador discount?
No. Products bought with an ambassador discount are for personal use only. They may not be sold, resold, traded, gifted, or transferred to others.
This includes selling privately, through social media, online marketplaces, in gyms, or to friends and family.
Can SFG limit how much I buy?
Yes. SFG may set purchase limits, product limits, or order limits at any time to protect the program.
SFG may also exclude certain products, launches, limited collections, sale items, gift cards, shipping, taxes, or other items from the ambassador discount.
What happens if someone misuses the code?
Misuse of ambassador codes, discounts, or products may result in canceled orders, deactivated codes, removed benefits, purchase limits, or removal from the Ambassador Team.
Examples of misuse include sharing the personal code, resale, gifting or transferring discounted products, excessive purchasing, suspicious order activity, or using the program to profit from the discount.
What is expected from me as an ambassador?
Ambassadors are expected to represent GASP and Better Bodies in a positive, respectful, and authentic way.
This includes how you act on social media, at events, in gyms, and in other public settings where you are connected to the brands. Ambassadors should support the community, wear the brands naturally, and help share the lifestyle in an honest way.
What behavior is not allowed?
The following may lead to removal from the Ambassador Team:
Misusing the ambassador discount or code
Selling, gifting, reselling, trading, or transferring discounted products
Publicly speaking negatively about SFG, GASP, Better Bodies, employees, athletes, ambassadors, customers, products, or business partners
Promoting illegal products, banned substances, or controlled substances
Sharing confidential information
Using the ambassador title in a misleading way
Acting in a way that may harm the company, brands, or community
Can I be asked to participate in campaigns or content projects?
Yes. Selected ambassadors may be invited to participate in launch campaigns, content creation projects, product pushes, community activities, or organic posting during an activity.
Participation may require content creation and delivery within agreed timeframes. When details are needed, SFG will communicate the campaign expectations, timeline, posting needs, content format, or delivery requirements.
What are Partnership ads and branded content ads?
SFG may sometimes want to promote ambassador content through paid media channels, including Partnership ads, branded content ads, or similar creator advertising tools on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, or other channels.
Upon reasonable request, the ambassador agrees to approve Partnership ads, branded content ads, or similar creator advertising requests that allow SFG to promote the ambassador's content through paid media channels.
This does not mean the ambassador is required to personally pay for ads. It allows SFG to boost or promote approved ambassador content when it supports a campaign, launch, product push, or brand activity.
Am I expected to provide reviews or testimonials?
Ambassadors are expected to provide honest reviews, testimonials, ratings, quotes, or feedback on products purchased or used as part of the program when reasonable.
Reviews and testimonials should always reflect the ambassador’s honest opinion and actual experience with the product.
SFG may use such reviews, testimonials, ratings, quotes, and feedback across websites, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and other promotional channels.
Can GASP or Better Bodies use my content, name, image, or social handles?
Yes. By tagging, mentioning, submitting, sending, uploading, or sharing content featuring GASP, Better Bodies, SFG, or the Ambassador Team, the ambassador grants SFG permission to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
The ambassador also grants SFG the right to use the ambassador's name, image, voice, social media handles, and biographical information in connection with marketing and promotional activities.
This may include websites, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, presentations, event materials, retail, wholesale, internal decks, and other promotional channels.
What does expanded content usage mean?
By tagging, mentioning, submitting, sending, uploading, or sharing content featuring GASP, Better Bodies, SFG, or the Ambassador Team, the ambassador grants SFG permission to reproduce, edit, crop, resize, subtitle, translate, adapt, distribute, and otherwise use such content across organic and paid marketing channels worldwide.
This includes photos, videos, captions, testimonials, social media posts, stories, reels, event content, reviews, ratings, quotes, feedback, and other media connected to the brands or Ambassador Team.
The permission is intended to allow SFG to use ambassador content in marketing and promotional activity without needing to ask for approval every time a piece of shared or tagged content is used.
Do I need to disclose that I am an ambassador?
Yes. Ambassadors should be clear and honest when posting about GASP or Better Bodies.
If you receive a discount, product, reward, gift, or any other benefit from SFG, you should clearly disclose your relationship with the brands.
Examples include #GASPAmbassador, #BetterBodiesAmbassador, #ad, #sponsored, or 'I am a GASP and Better Bodies Ambassador.' The disclosure should be easy to see and understand.
Can I use the GASP or Better Bodies logo?
You may only use the logos and brand materials in a respectful and approved way.
You may not change, edit, recolor, recreate, print, or place the logos on clothing, graphics, banners, merchandise, or other materials without written approval from SFG.
Can I share launch information, upcoming discounts, or internal updates?
No. Any non-public information shared with ambassadors must stay within the Ambassador Team.
This includes but is not limited to launch information, campaign plans, product information, discount structures, upcoming discounts and sales, marketing initiatives, and other internal updates.
Confidential information may not be shared, distributed, copied, screenshotted, forwarded, recorded, or disclosed without prior written approval from SFG.
Can SFG remove me from the Ambassador Team?
Yes. SFG may remove an ambassador, deactivate a code, pause benefits, limit access, or end participation in the Ambassador Team at any time.
This may happen if the ambassador violates the agreement, misuses codes, sells or gifts discounted products, shares confidential information, participates in conflicting competing brand promotion, or acts in a way that may harm the company, brands, or community.
How do I leave the Ambassador Team?
You can leave the Ambassador Team at any time by contacting collab@betterbodies.com or collab@gaspofficial.com.
