Divine Master has had natural ability and talent for athletics since starting calisthenics at 8 years old. He excelled in football, lacrosse and basketball, played semi pro football for 3 years which finally segued into bodybuilding. Expectation was and has always been very high on Divine himself. Being just good enough was never an option.

Divine turned pro and qualified for the Olympia in the span of the same year. Since 2016 he has learned a lot outside of the actual physical realm of what it takes to be a truly the whole package and world class professional.

He is a top contender in any pro contest he does now. In this interview with Michael Johansson they discuss the physical side of the sport but also the mental aspect and how big of a role being aware of your energy can play in goals.

To be successful long term, it's important to have fun through the whole journey. Don't live life in the form of one transaction to the next. Enjoy every experience, learn from them, improve from them, and build on relationships that compliment the journey. This is the essence of the Iron World Tour.

We kicked off August with 2 of the most epic weeks in terms of events, collaborations and team building in and around the GASP home base and the work hard play hard lifestyle.

First we ended July and kicked off August in Tampa with the equivalent of an Iron World Tour Tampa with a heavy hitting GASP team of athletes traveling to, training and preparing for the Tampa Pro. Hunter Labrada ended up winning the event and earning his spot in the 2020 Mr. Olympia.

Flash forward a week and we have the most jam packed days of training collabs and feature productions with Muscle and Strength, Muscular Development's Hector Mendoza and interviews and team building with Lee Labrada, Branch Warren, Johnnie Jackson, Keone Pearson and Hunter Labrada. Throughout all of the action we have some epic documentation via Kyle Wurzel, Hector and video producer Wake Wilder.

The purpose of this video is to show what a non stop, epic week we had at Destination and to illustrate the mission of GASP, Better Bodies and Destination as well as the mission of who we all collaborate with. The common denominator is always to improve the lives of others and to change the world through the fitness platform.

"We all become part of each others journeys. Everything is intertwined and everybody is walking the same direction with the goal to get better and make others better."

We wrap up the week at Branch Warren's farm where Guardian Response hosts their one stop shop to improve proficiency with shooting, assessing threats and being fit to be an immediate responder. Hunter, Branch and GASP CEO Michael Johansson join Butch Steinle and Tony and Mike from Guardian Response to "have a little fun."

Iron World - Epic Week at GASP & Better Bodies Headquarters

Better Bodies headquarters is booming with diversity and world class goals and goal setters.

Featured here is gymnastics coach and former olympian Josh Jefferis with a lot of potential gymnastics world championships and USA olympic gymnast competitors. Josh himself was an olympic gymnast competitor in Australia and now helps to build up future competitors at destination dallas.

_"Gymnastics is a power to weight ratio sport. We want them to be fast and explosive. Since these guys are quite young, we start them very gradually and we develop their control, coordination and technique first before we develop endurance and power."

The diversity at Better Bodies home base is extremely wide which is the best way to impact the most demographics and sports and general goals as possible. This enables us to deliver on the mission of changing the WORLD through fitness.

The vision and reason to exist behind the destination project was to create a second home away from home. A dream world for our own workouts that was free from unnecessary norms and expectations from society.

A place where we create social belonging regardless of background, color, sex or creed. An

open-door type of destination that is more like an extension of our own living room.

It has never been about making money but ONLY to create a place for passion and purpose driven people that have an emotional ownership in the destination project and its culture.

Now I can proudly say that in my book we are definitely on the right journey towards our own dream, where Destination is our second home and is well taken care of by its members and staff.

We have fun in and around our home base and the environment is truly JUDGEMENT FREE which is a hard thing to achieve. We are a diverse crowd of like-minded people…

Destination gym is 7 years old and has never made any money as every dime has been reinvested together with even more support from GASP and Better Bodies.

A Message From The CEO - Our "Why" 

One common denominator of the human race is that we all aim to do the "right" thing. Whether it be serve your country, choose the right career, be the best role model, or lift up your community.

In that same breath, another common denominator as humans is that we all struggle with inner demons, challenges and set backs while trying to do the "right" thing.

Brandon Orange was stationed in the demilitarized zone in South Korea awaiting orders at any moment to deploy to Iraq after the terrorist attacks in New York City in 2001. In a training accident he was injured and had to face rehabilitation while his unit was deployed and later killed in Iraq.

The 10 years after this all unfolded was a dark time for Brandon questioning his presence still on this Earth with thoughts that he should have died with his unit and living everyday in pain from the accident.

Brandon's story is one of conquering inner demons such as the debilitating clinical depression and learning to live through constant daily pain from the injuries he sustained in S. Korea.

In 2015 he moved from the army rehab facility in San Antonio to Dallas. He earned his bachelors and MBA. He later joined Destination to continue on his own passion driven journey to improve both mentally and physically in order to be a role model for his kids and his community.

"I moved to a city where no one knew me. No one knew I was injured. No one felt sorry for me and I wanted it that way. I joined a place that encourages the no limits and no fear mentality and to live every day with passion and purpose."

Here we link up in a real and raw Destination LIVE interview with GASP CEO Michael Johansson, Kris Gethin, moto phenom Ty Masterpool and Brandon Pederson.

Ty Masterpool is only 19 years old but is experiencing massive success on the moto scene. Moto sports is not so far removed from bodybuilding in the sense that training, nutrition, mentality and work ethic play critical roles is how high you rise and how fast.

In this interview, Michael and Kris find the commonalities between bodybuilding and business success and the success that Ty and Pederson are building on right now.
